How long does it take to complete an order?
Most printed apparel orders are completed within 7–10 business days. Embroidery orders are typically completed within 10–15 business days.

Will I receive an estimated completion date?

Can you create apparel for a team or group?
Yes. Vivid Apparel can create custom apparel for teams, clubs, businesses, events, and group orders.
What if I do not see my school listed?
If you do not see your school listed, you can submit a request and Vivid Apparel may be able to create custom school spirit options.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Vivid Apparel accepts custom design requests for schools, teams, businesses, events, gifts, and more.
What happens after I submit a custom request?
After your request is submitted, Vivid Apparel may contact you to confirm design details, file quality, pricing, and production options before moving forward.
What if my uploaded file is too low quality to print?
If the file provided is too low quality to print clearly, Vivid Apparel will contact you to discuss next steps or request a higher-quality file.
Can I add names or personalization to a design?
Yes, many designs can be personalized with names, numbers, colors, or other details depending on the product and design.
Pickup, Shipping & Payment Questions
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Coordinated local pickup is available in the Crawfordville/ Tallahassee area.
After your order is placed, Vivid Apparel will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.
Can I pick up my order right away?
No. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready and pickup details have been arranged.
Can I pay at pickup?
Yes. If available at checkout, customers may select Pay at Pickup. Accepted payment options may include cash and supported payment apps such as Venmo or Cash App.
